Stratum Health helps county health departments, state agencies, academic researchers, and community organizations turn fragmented, sensitive, or hard-to-reach data into analysis and products they can actually use — reports, maps, linked datasets, dashboards, and grant-ready technical plans.
What we do
We are not a software vendor selling a platform. We are a technical partner that designs and builds data infrastructure tailored to each engagement — pipelines, linkage workflows, geospatial analysis, prevalence estimation, and public-facing visualization.
Some projects need cross-organization record linkage without centralizing identifiable data. Others need historical policy data joined to present-day health outcomes. Others need CHNA-ready reporting packages or credible data components for a grant application. The through-line is the same: take messy or sensitive inputs and produce something a public health partner can act on.
